  3. Add the oil (I always use olive oil but you can use whatever kind of oil you want) and mix (you don't need anything fancy, just a spatula or a spoon, fork, whatever you have handy) until the dry ingredients are now moist and resemble sand.
  4. Add the pumpkin puree (or the grated zucchini, or even a mix of both!) and the vanilla and mix again until you have a thick but smooth batter. Add most of the chocolate chips, but keep some to sprinkle on top.
  5. Pour your batter in the pan. Sprinkle with the remaining chocolate chips and bake for half an hour. After that you need to show some restraint and not devour it as it comes out of the oven. It's best if you let it cool first before you cut it...
  6. You can cut it in pieces and put them in the freezer. Whenever you want a piece, take it out and put it in the microwave for 30-60 sec. Personally I think it's even tastier this way and you can't taste the pumpkin at all.
