  9. 1/2 cup oil
  10. 1 tsp vanilla essence

  14. 50 gms unsalted butter
  15. 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  16. 1/2 cup icing sugar
  17. 1 Tbsp milk

Instructions to make to make Eggless Chocolate Cupcakes

  1. For Dry ingredients - In a bowl add All-Purpose flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and whisk well. Set aside.
  2. For Wet ingredients - in a bowl add sugar, oil, milk which would be boiled & cooled, vanilla essence, whisk well.
  3. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and whisk for 1 min. Add Chocolate chips to make the cupcake more chocolaty.
  4. Take cupcake moulds, grease, and add the batter not till the brim but 1” below.
  5. In a Preheat oven of 180 deg C, bake for 25 mins. Set aside to cool completely.
  6. Demould and set aside.
  7. For Frosting - in a bowl add icing sugar, unsalted butter, milk, cocoa powder, vanilla essence, whisk with an electric whisker. Put on a piping bag.
